Why teams use it

Merch that earns its place at the booth.

01

Built around your date

We work backward from your event date, not the other way around, so nothing arrives the week after.

02

Two tiers, one look

A lighter giveaway for attendees and a better piece for staff or VIPs, sharing one design system.

03

Packed for travel

Folded, tagged and boxed for easy transport to venues, with split shipments if your team is on the road.

Ideas

What works at a booth or offsite.

Event merch has to survive a bag, a flight and a desk drawer. These are the pieces that hold up.

Branded tote for conference swag

Conference tote

Carries the badge, the notebook and everything else attendees pick up that day.

Branded event t-shirt

Staff or speaker tee

A simple way to make your team identifiable on the show floor.

Branded event cap

Giveaway cap

Light, packable and cheap enough to hand out at volume.

Branded crewneck for offsites

Offsite crewneck

A step up for team offsites, retreats or a smaller VIP guest list.

How it works

From brief to delivery.

01

Brief & align

We define goals, audience, quantity and timing so scope is clear from day one.

02

Sample & refine

Physical samples are reviewed together; fit, hand-feel and finish are adjusted before we commit to production.

03

Produce & quality check

Production runs 3–4 weeks with in-line checks and final inspection before packing.

04

Pack & deliver

Folded, tagged and packed to one location, or coordinated across multiple destinations.

Without a merch partner

  • Generic pens and stress balls that go straight in the bin
  • A rushed order that arrives after the show has ended
  • No consistent look between booth staff and giveaways

With Acro Brand

  • Giveaways people actually keep and use after the event
  • A production timeline built around your fixed event date
  • One design system across staff apparel and attendee merch
FAQ

Common questions.

How far ahead of an event should we order?

As early as possible. Production runs 3–4 weeks after samples are approved, so for a fixed event date we recommend starting at least three months out.

What's a realistic quantity for a trade show?

It depends on foot traffic and whether the item is a giveaway or a staff piece. We'll help size the order so you're not left with a stockroom of leftovers.

Can you split shipments across venues?

Yes, we can coordinate shipments to multiple event locations or a single warehouse for your team to redistribute.

Can staff and attendee merch share one design?

Yes, and we'd recommend it. One design system across a better staff piece and a lighter giveaway keeps costs sane and the brand consistent.

Do you handle badges, banners or signage?

Our core is apparel and soft goods. For branded environments and print we can scope it project by project. Ask us and we'll tell you plainly if it's a fit.
