Why teams use it

A kit that actually gets worn.

01

Fits the role

Packs can flex by team, seniority or office without losing a consistent look across the company.

02

Ready before day one

Sizing collected in advance through redeem links, so nothing arrives wrong or late.

03

Built to keep

Pieces people actually wear again, not drawer filler that ends up in a donation box.

Ideas

What goes in a strong onboarding pack.

A good first-day kit mixes something to wear, something to use, and something small that says welcome. Here's what we build most often.

Branded hoodie for new hires

Day-one hoodie or crewneck

The piece people reach for outside work too, so your logo travels further than the office.

Branded tote bag

Tote for the commute

Doubles as a laptop bag on day one and a grocery bag every day after.

Branded t-shirt

Everyday tee

A lighter alternative to a hoodie for warmer climates or casual-first cultures.

Branded cap

Cap or beanie

A small, low-cost add that rounds out a pack without pushing the budget.

Branded socks

Socks or small accessory

The detail that gets photographed and shared on a new hire's first day online.

How it works

From brief to delivery.

01

Brief & align

We define goals, audience, quantity and timing so scope is clear from day one.

02

Sample & refine

Physical samples are reviewed together; fit, hand-feel and finish are adjusted before we commit to production.

03

Produce & quality check

Production runs 3–4 weeks with in-line checks and final inspection before packing.

04

Pack & deliver

Folded, tagged and packed to one location, or coordinated across multiple destinations.

Without a merch partner

  • Hours spent picking a generic mug and pen at the last minute
  • Sizes guessed, so items arrive too big, too small, or too late
  • A new hire's first impression is an afterthought

With Acro Brand

  • A considered pack that matches your brand and budget
  • Sizes collected in advance through redeem links, delivered on time
  • A first-day experience people remember and photograph
FAQ

Common questions.

What's typically inside an onboarding pack?

Most packs pair one wearable item (hoodie, tee or cap) with one useful item (tote, notebook or bottle) and a small welcome card. We'll help you pick a mix that fits your budget and culture.

What's the minimum order?

MOQs start at 20 units. Smaller runs cost more per unit, so we'll tell you honestly where the sweet spot is for your headcount.

Can you ship to individual home addresses?

Yes. For remote or hybrid teams we can fulfil to individual addresses using a redeem link, so each new hire enters their own size and shipping details.

How far ahead should we order before a start date?

Once designs and sizes are approved, production runs 3–4 weeks. We recommend starting the conversation at least two months before your next intake.

Can packs vary by role or seniority?

Yes, we can keep a shared base kit and swap one or two pieces for different teams or levels without losing a consistent look.
