Pack FAQ.
What's typically inside a pack?
Most packs combine 2–5 items from our core categories (apparel, headwear, bags, or print and packaging), plus branded packaging and a printed insert. The exact mix depends on the occasion and budget.
What's the minimum order?
MOQ is 50 units across every pack. We'll confirm the exact quote once we know what's going into the box.
Can we mix products from different categories?
Yes: that's most of the work. We choose materials, colours and finish so items from different categories still read as one pack, not a bundle of leftovers.
How long does a pack take, start to finish?
Production typically runs 3–4 weeks after samples are approved, the same timeline as any other Acro project. Sampling and fulfilment add time on either end depending on scope.
Can you handle fulfilment to individual addresses?
Yes, optionally: we can warehouse a pack and ship it directly to recipients, whether that's one office or many addresses across different countries.
Can we reorder the exact same pack later?
Yes: we keep the approved spec on file, so a second or third round can skip straight to production without resampling from scratch.
