Trust is built through the way a project is handled. We combine creative development with practical production controls so clients can make informed decisions at every stage.
Responsible production
We work with selected manufacturers and ateliers based on capability, reliability, working standards and product quality. Requirements are shared clearly, and we aim to choose materials and processes that are appropriate for the brief and avoid unnecessary waste.
Samples and approvals
Key details are reviewed through specifications, mockups and, where included in the scope, physical samples. We do not move into bulk production until the agreed approvals are recorded.
Quality control
Our process may include material checks, pre-production review, in-line checks or final inspection depending on the product and order. Because custom manufacturing involves reasonable tolerances, we define critical expectations before production wherever possible.
Claims and certifications
We do not present a product, fibre, factory or process as certified unless the relevant documentation is available for that project. Sustainability and origin claims are assessed case by case rather than treated as blanket statements.
Data and confidentiality
Project information is shared only with the people and partners who need it to deliver the work. We use established service providers and reasonable access controls for project files, communications and form submissions.
Transparency
If a material, timing or production issue arises, our approach is to communicate it early, explain the options and agree the next step. For questions about a specific supplier, material, certification or control process, contact merch@acrobrand.com.
